Three-division world champion Terri Harper has formalized her link with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), Jake Paul’s promoter. Harper (16-2-2, 6 KOs), currently holds the WBO lightweight title, adding to his record crowns in the super welterweight and super lightweight categories. Nakisa Bidarian, CEO of MVP, announced the news. I am very excited to announce that we have signed Terri Harper, the first three-division female world champion from the UK. She has competed in five different divisions, with 20 fights in her career.

Bidarian highlighted Harper’s potential, comparing her to Amanda Serrano, champion in seven divisions.

When I look at how we met Amanda [Serrano], a seven-division champion, with 42 fights in her career, and we shot her profile, her potential and what she could achieve, I see that Terri has the same ingredients. A phenomenal story, like Amanda, without much amateur experience. She has shown that she can be a champion in different weight categories. We believe the future is very bright for her.

Bidarian also hinted at an expected fight against WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois.

I think there are big fights for her. Caroline Dubois, we are excited about the potential of that fight.

MVP has added other outstanding female boxers to its ranks.
  • Stephanie Han, champion in the 135-pound category.
  • Holly Holm, who had a distinguished career in boxing before entering the UFC, where she achieved a historic victory over Ronda Rousey and is now seeking the 135-pound title.
Harper conquered her first world title in 2020, obtaining the WBC super-lightweight belt after defeating Eva Wahlström on points. The 28-year-old boxer has starred in important fights against Alycia Baumgardner and Sandy Ryan, suffering knockout defeats. However, she recovered by winning the WBO lightweight title by defeating Rhiannon Dixon in September 2024. Harper, who was previously linked to Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, joins a growing group of prominent British female boxers who have chosen to join MVP, including Chantelle Cameron, Savannah Marshall, and Ellie Scotney.
