Josele Ballester Crowned Champion at the Saudi International

Spanish golfer Josele Ballester won the Saudi International, achieving his first professional victory. Ballester closed the tournament with an impressive round of 6 under par, culminating a remarkable performance.

This event, which marked the end of the International Series on the Asian Tour, saw Ballesteros demonstrate his skill on the course, securing a victory with a three-stroke lead over his competitors.

Scott Vincent, from Zimbabwe, and Yosuke Asaji, from Japan, finished at the top of the ranking, securing their place in LIV Golf for next year.

Ballester, former U.S. amateur champion and who played college golf at Arizona State, joined the Fireballs team in LIV Golf last summer, achieving two top 10 finishes in six appearances.

The Spaniard began the final round one stroke off the lead, finishing with a cumulative score of 22 under par, with a three-stroke lead over Caleb Surratt (69).

Anthony Kim (70) tied for fifth place, eight strokes behind, marking his best result since his return to golf in LIV last year, after a 12-year absence.
