Endrick and Bellingham, Important Losses for Real Madrid

Real Madrid faces a complicated period with the absence of two of its key figures. Endrick, the team’s forward, will be out of action for two months due to a hamstring injury, which will prevent him from participating in the Club World Cup.

On the other hand, Jude Bellingham plans to undergo surgery on his left shoulder after the tournament. This decision is made due to the recurring problems that the player has suffered since his arrival at the club.

The club announced on Wednesday, through an official statement, that Endrick is suffering from a hamstring injury in his right leg. Although an exact recovery time was not specified, sources close to the team indicate that he will be out for two months.

Real Madrid will debut in the Club World Cup on June 18 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami against Al Hilal. This is expected to be the team’s first match under the direction of Xabi Alonso, who will replace Carlo Ancelotti after his departure to coach Brazil.

Regarding Bellingham, the date of his operation is not yet defined, but both the club and the player agree on the need for the intervention. It is expected that Bellingham will miss the start of the 2025-26 LaLiga season after the operation.

A source revealed that Alonso was informed of Bellingham’s situation as soon as he agreed to manage Real Madrid. One of his priorities will be to manage the series of injuries that have affected the team this season.

Despite not being directly related, Bellingham’s injury adds to the concern about injuries in the team. Luka Modric and Arda Güler have been the only Madrid players to avoid injuries this season. Kylian Mbappé and Brahim Díaz will be the only forwards available for the weekend match against Real Sociedad.
