Jalen Williams Fined by the NBA

The NBA has fined Jalen Williams, star of the Oklahoma City Thunder, $25,000 for wearing clothing with inappropriate language during a postgame media session, the league announced on Monday.

The incident occurred on Sunday, after the Thunder defeated the Denver Nuggets with a score of 125-93 in Game 7 of the conference semifinals.

Williams contributed 24 points to help his team advance to the Western Conference finals. Oklahoma City will begin the series at home against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.

The garment in question displayed the phrase “F— art, let’s dance” on the chest.

This season, Williams was selected as an All-Star for the first time. During the regular season, he averaged 21.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assists, helping the Thunder achieve the best record in the league with 68-14.
