INAPA honors Trenes del Este: Arnaud and Uribe celebrate the championship

Santo Domingo, RD – The Trenes del Este, the brand new champions of the Dominican Republic’s National Development League, were honored with a special ceremony at the headquarters of the National Institute of Potable Water and Sewers (INAPA). The event was attended by engineer Wellington Arnaud, director of the institution, and engineer Rafael Uribe, president of the Dominican Basketball Federation (FEDOMBAL).

Recognition of Talent and Discipline

The act’s main purpose was to recognize the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the young athletes, who, thanks to their talent and discipline, managed to win the national championship.

The triumph of Trenes del Este is an example of overcoming and teamwork. From INAPA we will continue to support initiatives that promote sports and the development of our youth.

During his intervention, Arnaud emphasized the value of sport as a fundamental instrument for the integral formation of youth, extending his congratulations to both the players and the coaching staff for their commitment. Rafael Uribe, for his part, highlighted the relevance of inter-institutional collaboration to strengthen basketball in the country and support the growth of development leagues.
