Kaulig Racing Partners with Ram for NASCAR Return in 2026
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Kaulig Racing will become Ram’s primary partner when the automaker returns to NASCAR in 2026. The team owner, Matt Kaulig, announced on Saturday at a Ram dealership in Daytona Beach that the team will field five vehicles in the Truck Series. The drivers who will fill those positions have not yet been announced. Kaulig will be the only team to present Ram vehicles. The Truck Series teams will be based at Kaulig’s race shop in Welcome, North Carolina.The next season will mark Ram’s return to the Truck Series, where the manufacturer last competed in 2012.“This partnership represents much more than a new chapter in Kaulig Racing’s history. Kaulig Racing will continue to field Chevrolets in the Xfinity and Cup Series, while competing with Rams in the Truck Series. Kaulig has two full-time entries in the Cup Series and three in the Xfinity Series. The partnership with Ram will mark the first time Kaulig Racing will compete in the Truck Series. Kaulig began its ownership in NASCAR in 2016 in the Xfinity Series before expanding to the Cup Series in 2021.“We needed a partner who truly aligned with the Ram brand and embraced our unconventional approach to NASCAR,” said Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis in a statement. “With Kaulig Racing, we found the perfect synergy to drive our ‘Last Tenth’ culture.”
