Kaulig Racing Partners with Ram for NASCAR Return in 2026

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Kaulig Racing is preparing to lead Ram’s return to NASCAR in 2026. The announcement was made by Matt Kaulig, team owner, on Saturday at a Ram dealership in Daytona Beach. The team plans to field five vehicles in the Truck Series. Although the drivers have not yet been confirmed, the truck teams’ base of operations is expected to be located at the Kaulig Racing workshop in Welcome, North Carolina.

This partnership represents more than a new chapter in the history of Kaulig Racing. It is a union of shared values. Together, we are ready to set a new standard on race day and in the impact we generate off the track.

The 2026 season will mark Ram’s return to the Truck Series, a category in which the brand last competed in 2012.

We needed a partner who truly aligned with the Ram brand and embraced our unconventional approach to NASCAR. With Kaulig Racing, we found the perfect synergy to drive our ‘Last Tenth’ culture.

Meanwhile, Kaulig Racing will continue to compete with Chevrolet vehicles in the Xfinity and Cup series. Currently, the team has two full-time entries in the Cup Series and three in the Xfinity Series. The partnership with Ram will mark Kaulig Racing’s first foray into the Truck Series. Kaulig began its NASCAR adventure in 2016 in the Xfinity Series, expanding to the Cup Series in 2021.
