The Dallas Cowboys’ preseason has concluded, and now the focus is on Micah Parsons. The player has starred in several striking moments that have generated debate. Approximately two and a half hours before the preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons, Parsons was seen walking towards the Cowboys’ locker room eating nachos. An Atlanta fan shouted at him “Come to the Falcons”, to which Parsons responded with a “call me” gesture with his hands. During the game, Parsons didn’t wear a uniform, but a navy blue hoodie and a winter hat. At the beginning of the third quarter, he lay down on the medical stretcher behind the bench while the Cowboys’ offense advanced down the field.
After the match, Parsons responded to a social media post clarifying his situation regarding the incident on the medical stretcher. At the end of the day, we’ll analyze the video and talk to everyone involved to assess how we did, both on and off the field.

Parsons declined to answer questions after the Cowboys’ 31-13 victory, but cornerback Trevon Diggs spoke on his behalf, revealing that Parsons underwent an MRI on his back on Friday. Diggs commented that Parsons was very sore that morning and had undergone a medical checkup. In the last two games, owner and general manager Jerry Jones praised Parsons, mentioning an offer that, according to him, would have been the largest guaranteed amount for a non-quarterback player. However, he also revealed that when the Cowboys tried to send the details to Parsons’ agent, David Mulugheta, they received a negative response.
Parsons has not participated in summer training, conducting a “hold-in” during the Cowboys’ stay in California and in the two practices at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas. He did participate in the scrimmages and attended meetings, including one before the last preseason game. The Cowboys will begin preparations for the September 4th season opener after final cuts on Tuesday. The team is scheduled to have its first practice after defining the roster on August 29th. After an off day, they will practice from August 31st to September 2nd before traveling to Philadelphia the day before the game. Coach Brian Schottenheimer has expressed his confidence that Parsons will play against the Eagles. Given what has happened in the last few days, does Schottenheimer maintain his confidence? Yes, she keeps it.I hope everything can be resolved. He’s one of our stars, the heart and soul of this team. I wish things weren’t this way. I wish the circumstances were different, but everyone has to do what’s best for themselves at the end of the day. I leave it in God’s hands and He will resolve it for everyone.
