The summer tradition returns this Sunday with the matchup between the Seattle Mariners and the New York Mets in the eighth edition of the MLB Little League Classic. The teams will travel to Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of the Little League Baseball World Series, to attend the Little League games before playing a regular season game in front of the young players and their families at Historic Bowman Field. The Mariners will make their first visit to Williamsport, while the Mets will participate in the event for the second time. The New York team defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 8-2 in Williamsport in 2018. The Mets will act as the home team on Sunday.
