The brand new Welsh coach, Steve Tandy, shared his amazement and excitement upon learning that Louis Rees-Zammit, who had been in the NFL for the last 18 months, would return to rugby. Rees-Zammit, after announcing his retirement from rugby in January 2024 to pursue his dream in American football, signed a contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season.
