Vince McMahon, Ex-CEO of WWE, Involved in Traffic Accident
Former WWE CEO Vince McMahon is in the spotlight following a car accident on a Connecticut highway. The incident, which involved his Bentley and two other vehicles, took place last Thursday morning on the Merritt Parkway in Westport. McMahon was cited for reckless driving and following too closely. Fortunately, there were no injuries in the accident. He was released after posting a $500 bond and is due to appear in Stamford Superior Court on August 26.According to the police report, McMahon was driving northbound when he rear-ended a BMW and then crashed into a wooden barrier. A vehicle traveling in the southbound lanes struck debris from the accident that flew over the barrier. At the time of the accident, there were no passengers in any of the vehicles, and all three drivers were wearing seatbelts. McMahon’s car airbags deployed, while Doran’s BMW’s did not.The impact sent my car off the road.
