Novak Djokovic Invests in French Football
Tennis star Novak Djokovic joins a group of investors who have acquired a stake in the French football club Le Mans, which competes in the second division. The announcement was made by the club itself, which also revealed the participation of former Formula 1 drivers, Felipe Massa and Kevin Magnussen, in this new investment phase. Le Mans announced that these new investors join others already existing, including the Latin American sports investment firm OutField and Georgios Frangulis, founder and CEO of OakBerry. Frangulis is the partner of Aryna Sabalenka, three-time Grand Slam champion in women’s tennis.No financial details about the investment were provided.The uniqueness of this fund also lies in its contribution of high-level athletes.
