Raiders Secure Kolton Miller with Contract Extension

The Las Vegas Raiders have finalized a contract extension with their starting left tackle, Kolton Miller. Sources indicate that the deal is for three years and $66 million, with $42.5 million guaranteed. Miller, the most veteran player on the Raiders, was in the final year of his current contract, with a salary cap impact of $15.7 million. Previously, he did not participate in the early stages of the team’s voluntary offseason program while seeking a new deal. Subsequently, Miller rejoined the team and participated in the organized team activities (OTAs) and the mandatory minicamp.

I want to be a Raider for life. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Miller has been a constant presence on the Raiders’ offensive line throughout his career. Selected in the first round of the 2018 draft, he has started in 107 of 109 games. Last year, the 29-year-old player allowed the most pressures (65) and sacks (11) since his rookie season in 2018. The Raiders have been active in extending contracts to key veterans during the offseason. Defensive end Maxx Crosby (three years, $106.5 million), quarterback Geno Smith (two years, $75 million), and punter AJ Cole (four years, $15.8 million) have received deals under the direction of new general manager John Spytek.
