Max Verstappen demonstrated his unwavering commitment to Red Bull, securing a victorious start for the new team boss, Laurent Mekies, in the sprint race of the Belgian Grand Prix.The four-time Formula 1 champion, once again, proved his worth on the track.The victory came in the first race after the departure of Christian Horner, who led Red Bull since 2005.Verstappen, starting from second position, took the lead on the first lap, holding off McLaren’s Oscar Piastri to secure the team’s first victory since Imola in May.Although the victory only awarded eight points, it represented a resounding statement following the recent restructuring at the Milton Keynes factory.
