Pete Crow-Armstrong Continues to Shine with the Cubs
Center fielder and All-Star, Pete Crow-Armstrong, continues to add achievements to his outstanding season with the Chicago Cubs. On Thursday, with two home runs that drove the 8-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins, the 23-year-old player reached his fifth game with multiple home runs so far this season, in his 92nd game. This mark is the best for a Cubs player since Derrek Lee achieved eight in 158 games in 2005.

In the game against the Twins, Crow-Armstrong went 3-for-4, scoring three runs and driving in three runs. He finished the series in third place in MLB with 27 stolen bases, tied for sixth place with teammate Seiya Suzuki with 25 home runs, tied for fourth place with Kyle Tucker with 67 runs, and in seventh place with 70 RBIs.I’m just honored to be mentioned alongside those names.
