The PLD strengthens its presence in the United States with new swearing-in ceremonies
The Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) maintains its institutional agenda abroad, focusing on strengthening its structures and expanding its reach within the Dominican community living in the United States. As part of this growth strategy, the political organization has added a new team of leaders in New York City to its ranks.
The formal swearing-in ceremony took place in Queens, where Nicolás Concepción, who was part of the Civic Renovation Party, made his entry into the PLD official along with his work team. This move is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to attract figures with political experience who wish to contribute to the purple project from abroad.

The ceremony was attended by Carolina Abreu, a member of the PLD Central Committee. Abreu attended the event as a special envoy for former President Danilo Medina, with the purpose of overseeing a series of institutional activities scheduled in various American cities to consolidate the PLD abroad.
