Tara Djokovic Steals the Show at Wimbledon with Her Victory Dance

In a day full of emotions at Wimbledon, Novak Djokovic was not the only star who shone on the center court. His seven-year-old daughter, Tara Djokovic, stole the hearts of the public with a contagious celebratory dance. After Djokovic secured his 100th singles victory at Wimbledon, the Serbian tennis player was questioned about the peculiar dance he has been doing recently. The melody that accompanies this dance is “Pump It Up”.

Djokovic, with a smile, commented: “There’s a song with my children… look, my daughter is doing it right now. Do you want to show it, darling?” The television camera focused on Tara, who showed everyone how it’s done: fists down, then left, right, and up. The crowd roared with joy.

She is the teacher. It’s a little tradition that we have right now. Hopefully, we can keep going to keep pumping more in Wimbledon.
