Tragic accident in Santiago: Cyclist loses his life after being struck by a vehicle
Early this Monday morning, a fatal traffic accident brought mourning to the city of Santiago, claiming the life of a cyclist who was struck by a vehicle on the busy Estrella Sadhalá Avenue. The incident, which has caused consternation in the area, ended in an unusual manner when the car, after losing control, veered off the road and ended up embedded inside the facilities of the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).

Current state of research
