Prominent figures from Inter Miami such as Luis Suárez, Tadeo Allende, and Rodrigo De Paul were present at the reception. Also in attendance were MLS commissioner Don Garber and former baseball player Alex Rodríguez. After the ceremony, the team was invited to the Oval Office. This celebration continues the American sporting tradition of honoring champions with a reception at the White House. Mas commented that his team has “changed the culture of football in the United States forever”.“Leo, you arrived and you won, something that is very difficult to achieve, very unusual and, frankly, the pressure on you is greater than anyone imagines, because you are expected to win, but almost no one wins,” Trump expressed.

Winning the MLS Cup marks a rapid rise for Inter Miami, which began its participation in 2020 and has David Beckham as a co-owner. “This championship was very deserved, very well played, and you are seeing one of the best teams in the world behind us,” added Mas. “All this was possible because we dared to dream.”“We can compete with the big ones, we can play with the heavyweights. Our league can be one of the best in the world,” Mas stated.
