Pichulo League Crowned Champion in the Perfect Game Tournament
Santo Domingo – The Pichulo League won the victory in the grand final of the Perfect Game tournament, defeating the La Javilla Baseball Academy.
The team, made up of young talents aged 11 and 12, demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the tournament.
La Liga Pichulo stood out for its solid defense, timely hitting, and constant dominance from the mound, key factors that allowed them to overcome La Javilla, an institution with an outstanding track record in the development of young baseball players in the Dominican Republic.
The victory takes on greater relevance by defeating a renowned academy in the field of Dominican youth baseball.
The team leader played a fundamental role, implementing effective strategies and keeping his players focused during every moment of the match.
Several players excelled during the tournament, including César Valdez, Sebastián Rodríguez, Carlos Tomás, Denzel Silverio, Isaac Brito, Esteban Jiménez, and Marco Elías Martínez. These young players demonstrated their worth with crucial offensive and defensive contributions, as well as exhibiting an exemplary attitude on and off the field.
