Berbatov Urges Caution with Carrick at Manchester United
Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has urged the club to maintain patience with Michael Carrick, despite the interim manager’s impressive start in charge of the Red Devils. Berbatov, who won five titles playing alongside Carrick at United between 2008 and 2012, warned against making a permanent decision too soon, drawing a comparison to the club’s previous experience with Ole Gunnar Solskjær.Since Carrick’s arrival, United has achieved four consecutive Premier League victories against Manchester City, Arsenal, Fulham, and Tottenham, propelling the club into the top four and Champions League positions. The Bulgarian international attributed the team’s sudden change in form to Carrick’s excellent communication skills.
