Manchester United have initiated informal conversations at an early stage with several candidates for the interim manager position, following the dismissal of their head coach, Ruben Amorim.Among the names being considered are Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Michael Carrick, according to sources close to the club.Furthermore, the possibility is considered that Ruud van Nistelrooy, who already had a brief interim period last season, could also take on a role.Wayne Rooney, former club footballer, has not been contacted.
