Survivor Series: WarGames: An Event Full of Surprises in San Diego
Last Saturday, San Diego was the epicenter of WWE action with Survivor Series: WarGames, an event that brought together the most outstanding superstars.
The women’s WarGames match opened the night with a bang. Iyo Sky, in a garbage worker costume, performed an impressive jump from the top of the cage onto Nia Jax, Lash Legend, and the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), with the help of her teammates Rhea Ripley and AJ Lee. This set the stage for Lee to submit her arch-rival Becky Lynch with the Black Widow, securing the victory for her team, which also included Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
In what was John Cena’s last appearance at a pay-per-view event, he was stripped of his Intercontinental Championship by Dominik Mysterio and his girlfriend, Liv Morgan, in a tense encounter. In addition, Stephanie Vaquer successfully defended her Women’s World Championship against her former ally Nikki Bella.
To culminate this exciting event at Petco Park, a masked man climbed the cage in the men’s WarGames match and executed moves similar to those of Seth Rollins before escaping, allowing Bron Breakker to secure the victory for his team, composed of Bronson Reed, Brock Lesnar, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre, over Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Jey and Jimmy Uso.
