Fanatics Fest: Pros vs. Joes in the Sporting Competition of the Year

The second annual Fanatics Fest is about to kick off, presenting the “Fanatics Games”, a “Pros vs. Joes”-style competition. This event will pit 50 athletes, celebrities, and influencers against 50 fans, who were selected through videos submitted via the platform’s app. The total prize money amounts to approximately $2 million. The competition will include eight sports challenges designed to test the participants’ skills:
  • Quarterback skills.
  • Basketball hoop shooting (around the world).
  • Soccer goal scoring.
  • Baseball pitching accuracy.
  • Washer-dryer hockey shooting challenge.
  • WWE superstar entrance.
  • UFC striking challenge.
  • “Nearest to the hole” golf challenge.
Among the confirmed athletes to participate are renowned figures.

In addition, WWE’s Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, and Liv Morgan have also confirmed their participation. The list of celebrities and content creators includes Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Druski, and IShowSpeed. Each participant will compete in all challenges to accumulate points. The first-place winner in the overall ranking will receive $1 million. Second place will take home a Ferrari 812 GTS, while third place will get a 2003-04 Topps Chrome Gold Refractor LeBron James rookie card, numbered to 50 and graded 9.5 by Beckett Grading Services, the same card that sold for $196,555 at auction in early March. If a fan fails to finish in the top three, the fan with the highest score will receive $100,000. The Fanatics Fest will take place at the Javits Center in New York from June 20th to 22nd.
