Rybakina Conquers Ningbo Open After Epic Comeback

NINGBO, China – Elena Rybakina showcased her power by coming back from a set down to defeat Ekaterina Alexandrova in the Ningbo Open final. The final score was 3-6, 6-0, and 6-2, thus securing her tenth WTA title. The tennis player, seeded number three, had a hesitant start, allowing her Russian opponent to take the lead in the first set. However, Rybakina responded strongly in the second set, dominating her rival and achieving nine consecutive games. In addition, she connected 11 aces throughout the match.

I thank my team for pushing me to be better. Especially at the end of the season, it’s not easy, but without you I wouldn’t be here.
