Jack Draper to Miss the Rest of the Season Due to Injury
British tennis player Jack Draper will not be able to compete for the remainder of the season due to an injury to his left arm. This ailment forced him to withdraw from his second-round match at the US Open. Draper, who currently holds the number seven position in the world ranking, has been dealing with this injury for much of the season. After his defeat to Marin Cilic in the second round of Wimbledon, he was diagnosed with a bone bruise.The 23-year-old player had not played a singles match since Wimbledon due to the injury to his left arm. Despite this, he managed to defeat Federico Agustin Gomez in the first round of the US Open, before being forced to withdraw before his second-round match.It’s very difficult for me to accept it, as I was generating incredible momentum this year and playing very well.
