Italy, the defending champion, has secured its place in the Davis Cup final. Flavio Cobolli starred in a memorable match, overcoming Zizou Bergs of Belgium with scores of 6-3, 6-7 (5), 7-6 (15) in a semifinal full of drama. Cobolli, after squandering six match points, finally secured the victory for Italy. The celebration was effusive, with the tennis player taking off his shirt and sharing the joy with his teammates. Afterwards, he approached to console Bergs, who was visibly affected, and received support from his team. The tiebreaker of the final set, with a score of 17-15, became the sixth longest in Davis Cup history.
