Wrexham has finalized the acquisition of Callum Doyle, a defender from Manchester City, as announced by the clubs this Thursday. The Championship team signed the 21-year-old player for a sum of £7.5 million (10 million dollars), according to sources close to the matter. The deal includes a buy-back clause for City, as well as a 25% clause on a future sale.

The arrival of Doyle represents another important signing for Wrexham, who have already broken their transfer record this summer by signing striker Nathan Broadhead for a figure that could reach 10 million pounds sterling (13.4 million dollars). In addition, former England defender Conor Coady has also joined the team from Leicester City for £2 million ($2.7 million).
