Jadon Sancho is about to finalize his signing for Aston Villa, through a one-season loan from Manchester United, according to sources close to the negotiation.
The agreement with Aston Villa for Sancho is independent of the talks about a possible transfer of goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez.
The 25-year-old player could become a free agent next summer, although United has the option to extend his contract for an additional 12 months, until 2027.
