The 2025 MLS season continues its course, and at Alofoke Deportes we bring you the analysis of the teams’ standings, evaluating their recent performance. Who is rising and who is plummeting? Join us on this journey through the league.

1. Philadelphia Union

Previous position: 1 A late goal from Deandre Kerr secured a 1-1 draw against Toronto. Fortunately for the Philadelphia side, their main rivals also suffered setbacks this weekend.

2. San Diego FC

Previous position: 3 Hirving Lozano and Anders Dreyer were the key figures in the 2-0 away victory against Kansas City. Lozano, with a great goal from outside the area, opened the scoring.

3. Inter Miami CF

11. Minnesota United

Minnesota fell 2-1 to the Rapids at home. Although the statistics are acceptable, the team generates some concern.

12. LAFC

Previous position: 12 Son Heung-Min debuted with LAFC, playing in the 2-2 draw against Fire. Son provoked a penalty.

13. San Jose Earthquakes

18. Colorado Rapids

Previous position: 19 After Djordje Mihailovic’s transfer to Toronto, the Rapids won 2-1 against Minnesota thanks to Darren Yapi’s two goals.

19. Portland Timbers

28. St. Louis City SC

Previous position: 29 St. Louis achieved its fifth victory of the season, defeating Nashville 3-1. Roman Bürki had a great performance in goal.

29. Atlanta United

Previous position: 27 Alexey Miranchuk rescued a point for Atlanta in the 1-1 draw against Montreal. The team has gone nine games without a win in the league.

30. D.C. United

Previous position: 30 D.C. lost 2-0 against the Revs. It’s their fifth consecutive loss in MLS and they have gone ten games without a win in all competitions.
