The conditions of his bail include not contacting any of the three women and notifying the police of any permanent change of address or international travel. This comes amid reports that Partey is on the verge of joining the Spanish club Villarreal.

Partey is due to appear at the Old Bailey on September 2nd. He was charged four days after leaving Arsenal, when his contract expired at the end of June. The Metropolitan Police said it received reports of a rape allegation in February 2022. Partey’s lawyer, Jenny Wiltshire, previously stated that her client “denies all charges against him,” adding that he welcomes “the opportunity to finally clear his name.”
