Kane will face Tottenham in a pre-season friendly
Harry Kane will face his former team, Tottenham Hotspur, for the second consecutive summer. Bayern Munich, where the English striker currently plays, will host the Spurs in a pre-season match to be played in August.
Both teams already faced each other twice in the preseason last summer, first in Seoul, South Korea, and then at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. On both occasions, Bayern Munich took the victory.
Kane, the newly crowned Bundesliga champion, will face his former team after breaking his title drought earlier this month. The 25 goals of the English national team captain propelled Bayern towards the title in his first season under the management of Vincent Kompany.
For its part, Tottenham could arrive at this match as the champion of the Europa League, since Ange Postecoglou’s team will face Manchester United in the final of the competition next week.
