Harry Kane: The Taste of Victory and the End of the Title Drought

The star striker, Harry Kane, has finally won his first title in his professional career. After securing the Bundesliga championship with Bayern Munich in his second season with the German club, Kane expressed his joy and satisfaction for this long-awaited achievement.

Bayern Munich officially became champions on Sunday, after Bayer Leverkusen’s 2-2 draw against Freiburg.

Kane, who is also the captain of the England national team, broke a league record two weeks ago by scoring his 60th goal in his first 60 league matches with Bayern. The 31-year-old player is on track to become the first player in Bundesliga history to be the top scorer in his first two seasons.

What a night last night, what a celebration with the players, with the staff! I’m sure everyone is feeling it a little bit this morning, but we’re here. I feel amazing, it’s taken a long time to get here, obviously a lot of hard work, a lot of dedication, and it just feels sweet to win the title, the first of my career.

Kane thanked the support received and expressed his enthusiasm to celebrate with the fans at the Allianz Arena. Furthermore, he already has his sights set on the next objective: “And then, as always, we look towards the next one, and we try again and get number two.”

The former Tottenham Hotspur striker has scored over 400 goals for clubs and his national team, becoming England’s all-time leading scorer and ranking second in the Premier League’s all-time goalscoring list.
