The star striker, Harry Kane, finally tasted glory by lifting the Bundesliga trophy with Bayern Munich on Saturday, marking the first title of his career.
Kane, who arrived at Bayern from Tottenham in August 2023, after a period without titles with the London club, experienced a radical change this season.
The wait ended with a 2-0 home victory against Borussia Mönchengladbach, where Kane celebrated the German league title with his teammates.
It feels good to be a champion. It has taken a lot, a lot of hard work. I feel very happy. Celebrating here at the Allianz after a good victory, it’s been a good week, for sure.

When asked if he ever feared not winning a trophy, Kane responded with optimism.
I don’t think so. In life and in football, sometimes there are obstacles in your way and you have to find a way to overcome them. Every year I’ve had the same mentality to improve. I haven’t always been lucky, but now I hope this is the first of many. Next year is about getting two or three and seeing how many I can get before the end of my career.
