Manchester City’s star striker, Erling Haaland, has revealed some of the secrets behind his impressive achievements on the field. With an astonishing 24 goals in just 14 appearances this season, and scoring in his last 12 matches, the Norwegian shares details about his preparation on his newly launched YouTube channel.
In a 27-minute video, a typical day in Haaland’s life is shown, from preparing his breakfast to a physiotherapy session, training with City, and preparing his dinner.

“I have good natural flexibility in my groin and hips, which, for me, is very important to maintain, because, how do you score these goals?”, commented Haaland, while receiving a massage and lifting his leg in reference to some of his most acrobatic goals. “You need to have good mobility or flexibility to score these incredible goals. This is really important.”

On his way to training, Haaland visits a local agricultural store, where he acquires raw milk and various cuts of meat, ingredients that demonstrate his passion for cooking. The YouTube channel, a personal initiative unrelated to City, seeks to offer a deeper insight into Haaland’s training, lifestyle, and interests outside of football.

“People always see the matches, the goals, the celebrations, but not the hours spent getting ready for all that. It’s a bit of who I am off the field, and I hope people enjoy seeing that side,” added the striker.
