Guardiola Apologizes for Confrontation After Manchester City Defeat
Pep Guardiola has expressed his “shame” after an altercation with a waiter following Manchester City’s defeat to Newcastle United.
The confrontation took place at St James’ Park, where Guardiola was also seen in heated conversations with referee Samuel Barrott and Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimarães after the 2-1 defeat.

When asked about the possibility of Echeverri returning to City in January, Guardiola responded with a question directed at his agent.
