The National League Cup match between Manchester United U21 and Tamworth has been suspended due to an injury sustained by United midfielder, Sékou Koné.

Manchester United reported in a statement on social media that Koné was “conscious, stable and communicating with the United medical team.” They added that he had been “taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure for further tests.”
