The match, which was played on Monday, was momentarily suspended due to the presence of the animal on the Cardiff City Stadium pitch.
After a brief tour of the field, the mouse was finally dislodged by Brennan Johnson, with the help of Thibaut Courtois, Real Madrid goalkeeper.
The rodent disappeared behind a billboard, marking the end of its fleeting appearance.After the rodent’s exit, Belgium defeated Wales with a score of 4-2, consolidating their position in Group J.
Joe Rodon put the home side ahead, but Kevin De Bruyne equalized after a handball. Thomas Meunier put Belgium ahead.
