Karim Benzema, former Real Madrid player, has expressed his opinion on Kylian Mbappé’s performance in the merengue team. Benzema, who left the club in July 2023 to join Al Ittihad, believes that Mbappé has the potential to perform even more in important matches. He is much better; scoring goals is not new to him. He did it at Paris Saint-Germain, and at Real Madrid he is going to score many more. Mbappé, who in his first season with Real Madrid has already demonstrated his worth with 43 goals in all competitions and being the top scorer in LaLiga, has had an outstanding start to the season with 18 goals in 16 matches.

He needs to focus more at these moments when Real Madrid needs him because he has everything he needs to do it.

My contract here is coming to an end, that’s true. I still can’t say whether I’ll stay or leave; it depends on many things. I see myself playing football for another two years.
