Clàudia Pina shone with a hat-trick, leading Barcelona to the conquest of their sixth consecutive Liga F title, after a resounding 9-0 victory over Real Betis in Seville.
Ewa Pajor and Alexia Putellas also stood out with two goals each, while Esmee Brugts and Aitana Bonmatí joined the goalscoring party against a Betis that played with ten players for more than an hour.
This victory secured Barça’s tenth league title in its history.
The triumph left Barça six points ahead of Real Madrid, who drew 1-1 against UD Tenerife on Sunday, with one match to go.
Pere Romeu’s team will now seek their second consecutive quadruple, with the Copa de la Reina and the Champions League final on the horizon.

Barça, which was already crowned champion of the Spanish Super Cup, will face Arsenal in the Champions League final on May 24, with the opportunity to be European champion for the third consecutive season.
Later, they will face Atlético de Madrid in the Copa final on June 7 in Huesca.
Betis, which was relegated from Liga F as a result of this defeat, was surpassed by Barça from the start of the match.
Pajor, the top scorer, opened the scoring in the third minute with her 22nd goal in the Liga F this season, followed by Pina, who extended Barça’s lead three minutes later.
Betis goalkeeper Paula Vizoso Prieto was sent off shortly before the half-hour mark for a foul on Pajor, which further complicated the task for the home team.
Brugts scored the third goal just before halftime, and Pina completed her hat-trick in the second half.
Bonmatí added the sixth goal, with Putellas scoring two goals in the final minutes and Pajor scoring her second goal of the afternoon to seal the victory.
