The Argentine Security Minister, Patricia Bullrich, delivered to the United States Embassy in Buenos Aires a list with 15,000 names of violent soccer fans. These people will be banned from accessing stadiums during the next Club World Cup.
The tournament, which has been expanded, will be held on US territory from June 14 to July 13. It will feature the participation of the Argentinian clubs Boca Juniors and River Plate, as well as 30 other teams from different parts of the world.
The list includes more than 15,000 people who will not be able to enter the stadiums. For us, this is of utmost importance, as no violent person who has committed a crime in Argentine stadiums will be able to attend this sporting event.

The elaboration of this list was carried out through the “Tribuna Segura” program, a tool that allows identifying people with a ban on access to Argentine stadiums.
Since the beginning of this government, “Tribuna Segura” has tracked more than 4 million people in 1,328 matches. 1,166 people with arrest warrants have been detected and more than 40 administrative resolutions restricting entry to stadiums have been issued, Bullrich added.
Boca Juniors will compete in Group C alongside Bayern Munich, Auckland City, and Benfica. For their part, River Plate will face Urawa Red Diamonds, Monterrey, and Inter Milan in Group E.
