Cobus Reinach Reaches 50 Appearances for the Springboks
South Africa scrum-half Cobus Reinach is about to celebrate his 50th match with the Springboks. The milestone will occur this Saturday in Cardiff, when they face Wales. The match is part of a series of changes in the starting team. The Boks coach, Rassie Erasmus, has made nine changes compared to the team that beat Ireland in Dublin. This modification is largely due to the fact that the match is played outside the international calendar, forcing players to return to their clubs. Despite these changes, the current world champions do not have a team of substitutes. Players of the stature of Siya Kolisi, Damian de Allende and Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu will be in the starting eleven.Erasmus also highlighted Reinach’s patience and the seizing of opportunities, adding:Cobus is a true team player and has been an outstanding player for us this season and over the years, so we are delighted to see him achieve this milestone.
Rassie Erasmus
Erasmus anticipates a difficult challenge from Wales, even though they have also lost players due to commitments with their clubs. The coach commented:He patiently waited for his opportunities and seized each one with both hands, so seeing him achieve this at 35 makes it an even more remarkable feat.

Furthermore, Erasmus added:Both teams are in a similar situation regarding player availability, but they have a balanced team with some experienced players and several youngsters who will be desperate to prove their worth.
