The talented fly-half Richie Mo’unga has confirmed his return to New Zealand rugby, after signing a contract with the Canterbury Crusaders. Mo’unga, currently in his second season with the Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo in Japan, will join the Crusaders for the 2026 and 2027 seasons of the TPC. In addition, he will participate in the 2027 Super Rugby Pacific season with the same team. This agreement ensures the star’s eligibility to represent the All Blacks in the 2027 World Cup, which will be held in Australia.
