Richie Mo’unga Returns to the Crusaders in 2027

The talented rugby player, Richie Mo’unga, has confirmed his return to New Zealand to play with the Canterbury Crusaders, marking a significant milestone in his sporting career. Mo’unga, who currently plays in Japan with the Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo, will fulfill his second year of contract before rejoining the Crusaders for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. In addition, he will participate with the Crusaders in the 2027 Super Rugby Pacific season. This decision makes him eligible to represent the All Blacks at the 2027 Rugby World Cup, which will be held in Australia.
