Lions Seek Third Consecutive Victory in Australia

The British and Irish Lions are preparing to seek their third consecutive victory on Australian soil this Saturday, facing the New South Wales Waratahs in Sydney.

After an initial defeat against Argentina in Dublin, the Lions have managed to beat the Force and the Reds, scoring more than 50 points in both matches.

However, the team has also faced setbacks. Tomos Williams (hamstring) and Elliot Daly (arm) have been ruled out for the rest of the tour.

Ben White has been called up to cover Williams’ scrum-half position, while Owen Farrell joined the team on Friday night as Daly’s replacement.

Farrell is preparing for his fourth tour with the Lions, having participated in the 2013, 2017, and 2021 campaigns.
