Jorgensen Returns to Action with the Wallabies

Max Jorgensen is ready for his first rugby match in over three months, after being included in the Wallabies’ starting team. The team, which also features Joseph-Aukuso, will face Fiji this Sunday. Coach Joe Schmidt announced the team on Friday afternoon. The match will serve as preparation for the match against the British & Irish Lions in two weeks. The starting lineup presents some surprises and notable absences. Wallabies forwards Rob Valetini and Will Skelton will be unavailable due to calf injuries sustained during match preparation. Jake Gordon, the starting scrum-half, will also miss the match due to injury. His place will be taken by Tate McDermott. Langi Gleeson, who was not originally in the Wallabies’ plans, will play in the number 6 position. Nick Frost and Jeremy Williams will form the blocking pair.
