When Australia unleashed its offensive game, it proved unstoppable, with Halse and Desiree Miller leading the attack. Along with runner Maya Stewart, they form a back three capable of scoring many points. Halse lamented Charlotte Caslick’s injury before the tournament, but is confident in the team’s ability to move forward.“It was a full 80-minute match, they [Samoa] are very tough, they had a lot of opportunities, but we stopped them. We can take a lot of confidence from that.”
