English center Fraser Dingwall has been ruled out of Sunday’s match against Argentina. Max Ojomoh, a Bath player, will take his place in the midfield.
Dingwall, who had been named to partner Henry Slade, withdrew on Friday due to an injury.
Ojomoh, 25 years old, earned his only call-up with England in the summer against the United States. He has also represented England at the under-18 and under-20 levels.
England has had to deal with several injuries throughout their autumn campaign, with Tom Roebuck also out of the game this weekend.
Elliot Daly will replace Roebuck on the wing, returning after breaking his arm while playing for the British and Irish Lions in the summer.
Injuries to centre Ollie Lawrence and hooker Jamie George in last week’s victory over the All Blacks have ended their autumn campaigns. Tommy Freeman has also not played since the victory over Fiji two weeks ago.
Freddie Steward keeps his place at fullback with Immanuel Feyi-Waboso on the right wing.
Head coach Steve Borthwick has also rotated the team slightly, with Ben Spencer starting at scrum-half instead of Alex Mitchell, who is on the bench.
