Elliot Daly Returns to Action with England

Elliot Daly is set for his debut since the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia, after being selected to play as a winger in England’s match against Argentina this Sunday. Daly will take Tom Roebuck’s place in the final autumn match at the Allianz Stadium, who is out due to a foot injury. Head coach Steve Borthwick has made six changes to the team that beat New Zealand with a score of 33-19. The Lions tour for Daly ended prematurely due to a fractured forearm, suffered against the Queensland Reds on July 2, which required the insertion of a plate with 16 screws.

Despite having been cleared by a specialist to face New Zealand, it was determined that the 33-year-old player needed an additional week to be fully ready for full contact, resulting in his return for the clash against the Pumas.
