The Giants secured Wilson and Jameis Winston during free agency, in addition to selecting Jaxson Dart in the first round of this year’s draft. Wilson, with 10 Pro Bowl appearances, signed a one-year contract and quickly established himself as a leader and a respected voice in the locker room during the team’s offseason program. During the offseason, Wilson organized pitching sessions with several players in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Last season, Wilson played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, starting in 11 games. In those games, he accumulated 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions, with a 63.7% completion rate.
